[ ] Hi it seems you have developed fissure in ano. ( a cut in anal canal due to passage of hard stool. ). You need to take laxative to soften the stool so that to pass easily without hurting the area. You need to do sitz bath( Sitting in hot water tub. It takes time to heal. Mostly can be managed with non surgical approach. There are certain medicines to relax the sphincter which aids in healing of fissure. Feel free to ask any further quary.

Hemorrhoids(piles) are unlikely to be painful unless there is an acute blood clot. You may be having a fissure( a break in the anal mucosa) as well. Fissures can be treated with ointments and medicines. Most hemorrhoids can be treated with injection sclerotherapy or rubber band ligation both painless and outpatient procedures. Only advanced hemorrhoids require surgery
Next Steps
Sitting in a basin of warm water for 15 minutes twice a day. plenty of oral fluids ( 10 glasses a day) and adequate fiber intake( fruits vegetables or over the counter fiber supplements like isabgol). Indian Closet is ideal. if using a European closet , use a small stool to put your leg up so that the angle between your trunk and thighs is around d 35 degrees, ie hip flexed like you are sitting on an Indian closet.
