Piles issue after angioplasty

I am facings problem of piles after angioplasty was done 23/8/2017 as doctor suggested medicine I am taking those medicine after angioplasty but last two days I am facing piles problem heavy pain while toilet stool is hard in natured and continuous paining no blooding I can not site I am drinking lot of water no spices food no oily food but piles
