Piles at anus
There is severe pain in anus because of piles. I had consult a doctor also for this, he prescribed a gel to apply but still the problem prevails. & I bleed while doing potty.

Hey , you are piles with bleeding per rectum ,its better to undergo hemmoroidectomy.Medical management only works in 1 degree hemmroids. You might have consulted physician ,now you consult surgeon and discuss on surgical intervention.
