Bleeding can be due to piles or fissure.
If it is painless- piles
If associated with pain- fissure
Next Steps
For constipation-
1. Plenty of fluids
2. High fibre diet/ispagol husk - 2tsf with 1 glass water before sleep
3. If pain - local application of cremagel/ ANOVATE ointment
4. Seitz bath using warm water
