I have completed my sentinel piles and fistula operation .... ..it is 2 month completed...skin is attached but after some times skin where the operation done it is tear again slightly.... ...is it required for anal dialeter exercise to make anus hole bigger..

If u have right anal tone then some muscle relaxing medicines may help. But have to rule out other causes which need dilatation. But dilatation is not needed at this early stage.
