Pigmentation on my pubic area

For the last few days i have itching on my pubic area and i have applied seriva cream which has been prescribed by my doctor the itching has been stopped but the pigmentation is still to be there what should i need to do recover from it how can i reduce the pigmentation how long does it take should i need to continue the application of seriva cream
