Pigmentation in neck from one year

I got a pigmentation in neck which is there from years,have consulted many doctors and used creams recommended by them..But the patch is not fading and it's becoming more dark..please suggest any cream to get rid of the patch

Hello mam... The lesion as u are explaining, seems to be like a birthmark or hyperpigmented patch. Either way, if any creams are not working then some intervention might be required. I d be glad if u can put up a pic or even more better visit in person to the clinic for examination and to guide the better treatment.
