Pigmentation
I have pigmentation marks on the side of cheeks, tip of nose and around lips.I suspect that they are most likely due to sun exposure. Please suggest any cream to apply on pigmentation marks and a good sunscreen also. I have dry skin on cheeks and forehead and oily on chin area.

This sounds most likely like melasma. There can be several causes why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
