Hi , first of all treatment of pcod is important. Visit ur skin specialist for the treatment of active acne , acne marks and u can also go for laser hair reduction for the excess hairs . Treatment options for u are chemical peels for the acne and marks , and home care depigmentation creams and anti acne therapy , lasers . Tx

Pcod most of the times leaves acne (pimples),and thick facial hair. Show to a gynaecologist for control of Pcod.and for your acne and it's mark medications along with chemical peeling helps.visit a doctor for the same.whereas facial hair can be addressed by laser.it gives good reduction.

After checking the pic you have uploaded I can make out that you have active acne, acne marks, abnormal hair growth and few scars.Hormonal imbalance (like pcod)  causes these features and acne mainly in jawline area.We also need to check if you have   abnormal hair growth in other areas as well.
Next Steps
You need proper evaluation for Hormonal imbalance which includes hormonal tests and ultrasound for details of cysts and other things which may be associated with pcod.Once your evaluation is done, we can recommend treatment course to address the hormonal issue. Acne treatment for your case will give you best results only if we keep hormones in check. For this abnormal hair growth, Laser hair removal works best but hair may regrow if hormonal issue is not addressed.
Health Tips
The most useful tip for you is Exercise (mainly cardio)  as Weight control.
