I have dark kunckles, dark underarms, dark knees. I try every natural and dr.recommended medicine but still the problem is not solved. pls help me.

Is there only darkness or your skin is also thick? If skin is thick, then it can be acanthosis Nigricans which needs weight reduction along with medical treatment.
