Pigmentation around bikini area and bum

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi, i am a fair to medium skin tone. But only my knees, elbows and bum regions are dark. I would like to have an even tone for my whole body as i travel a lot and wear bikini. Is there any general cream that i can apply to lighten up the darkness? I have hormone imbalance. Can this be one of the reasons? If so, what can be done to reduce the darkness around these areas?
