Pigmentation and dark spots

Hi doctors i have dark forehead with black spots left by pimples during ky chilhood. Due to excess sun exposure my skin got uneven and there are dark patches on my face havibg a dark complexion these uneveness looks bad and glow is also missing however i dont have any bad habbits and live healtj life style .please find the attached images and help me to get rid of it.

Very dark photos. There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark or you may get pigmentation. Sun tan, overweight, pigmentation disorders like acanthosis nigricans or melasma, nutritional deficiency etc are some conditions. Unless someone examines you, we cannot know the cause.
