Picc line chemotherapy

Hi. My father has oral cancer ..2 times he got sugery followed by chemotherapy n radio therapy.last major surgery with jaw transplant was done at sep 2017.now again he got some cancer cells but they r well differentiate(weak cell).doctors recommended him picc line chemotherapy ..should we go for it..Dr said they cannot remove it..he recommended life time chemotherapy plzz give us some idea
