Exercise + proper healthy diet along with weight loss medications ha no alternative. Exercise- walking (150 min a week for good cardio- 30 min a day) is recommended. Yoga- if not possible whenever and wherever , do meditation. If possible swimming is best exercise. Diet- though not calculated, you can try intermittent fasting, or eat only when hungry( you need to realise true hunger). Drink luke warm water through out the day if tolerated. Can try triphala guggul, and medohar vati. Further changes in medication depends on your body's reaction to it, hence strict followup and hence consultation is advisable.
