I have dry skin on both my feet, for a long time, now its almost 4 years, I have tried alopathic, it recovered almost completely but it came back again and am now on homeopathic medicine , its my second year on homeopathic meds, but there is no major improvement, it still itches on the patches I have.

You need to do warm saline soaks for 5-10 mins everyday. Use strong emollients after bath and at bedtime. Wear covered footwear .Avoid strong soaps for bath. You will have do this regularly to keep it under control.
