Phosphorus is 4.51 in KFT Little above normal range. I checked for KFT bcz hemoglobin is 17.4 What to avoid and about lifestyle change.

Avoid preserved foods (including commercially available pickles, juices), cold drinks and beer. Have plenty of water (non-carbonated) by mouth and decrease use of non-veg products. Slightly high phosphate may not be an issue. Recheck after 3 months with above precautions
