Phlegm with blood

Asked for Female, 34 Years

Hi Sir/mam, My mother who is 55 yrs old have got existing medical conditions like High BP and Diabetis. Past one month she is complaining that sometimes she has to release the Phlegm which comes with blood. So far she complained like this 5 to 6 times in past one month... please advise what would be the cause and how can we treat please?
