Phlegm in throat
I have never-ending phlegm in my throat for a long time now. I cough very rarely but the phlegm comes out daily. I don't even feel weak. It's just the phlegm that's irritating. There's no sign of decrease in phlegm even though i don't have cold. Please help.

This could be because of postnasal drip due to sinus infection or reflux. Will need a more detailed history and examination.
