Just try pulling your skin back over the glans. If its not possible than its phimosis. Explain your parents about the risk of recurring infections, better sexual life if not treated surgically.

Hello, U can check by pulling back the skin over glans , U can say ur parents u have some kind of infection or pain while passing urine ,once want to check with doctor
