I am suffering from above condition,currently taking omnacortil 30 mg,levocetrizine,shelcal 500.My grade 1 value is 7200.After taking these medicines I am feeling low.Dr suggested for Rituxiamb injection.Is this injetion is only solution for my treayment?May i stop taking medicines for sometimes?

No absolutely do not stop medications. And Rituximab is better on complaince basis, so if you can take Rituximab its better, but before recommending anything, detailed medical history needs to be assessed.
You should not stop taking medicines otherwise the disease may again exaggerate. If you are not willing for Inj Rituximab, there are other options too.
