Persistent itching

Asked for Male, 18 Years

I am 19 years old male . I have itchy white patches on the foreskin of penis(at the base) .It has been there for past 2-3 months and reduced with application of coconut oil . However , from the past few days it is again itching and itching is becoming strong when there is sweating.
