Hello doctor,
I am a 30-year-old male. I had a recurring urinary bacterial infection. After completing multiple antibiotic courses, my urine culture later showed “no growth / no bacteria.” However, I still feel a burning sensation after finishing urination.
Earlier, after a post-prostate massage, my urine culture had shown bacteria. I again took antibiotics, and afterward, my urine culture showed no bacteria.
Now, my urine routine test also appears normal, but I still have a burning sensation after urination.
This problem started about 3 years ago. I also masturbate daily.
What could be the reason? The burning sensation originally started when I had a bacterial urine infection.
