Persistence Fever

Asked for Male, 17 Years

I had headache (sinus) at beginning and it disappeared gradually. After I was accompanied by fever for over 15 days. Urine test says normal, CBC Blood report shows marginal low platelet count 1.49. Doctors prescribed only Paracetamol which gives temporary relief for hours. So, Doctor what may be the disease, I don't have any symptoms other than fever and fatigue.
