From last 1 year m having tiny small bumps on my nose they are permanent now.i have tried many products but i have been said that i must have surgery

Hello.. Well I would suggest you to consider meeting a dermatologist as we really don't know what the problem is...I would definitely suggest you to meet the doctor and get yourself examined for it..Hope you understand...Thank you
