It's 2 month still period is not started for my sister she has done family planning operation long back she should not be pregnant for sure but she is not period regularly and to much pimple problem in face and body . Pls advise what to do

It can be due to polycystic ovaries. Please get an ultrasound. As acne is also one of the symptoms
