I am 22 years old. I missed my periods. My period is date 28. I dnt know why I missed my periods.Please help me doctor

If u hv missed ur periods and u r sexually active first do a urine pregnancy test. If negative an ultrasound pelvis s needed to rule out ovarian cysts ,pcos , hormonal imbalance etc. Connect direct in either case for further opinion
