More history of your previous cycles and pregnancy can help in establishing a diagnosis for proper treatment. You can consult online for this. For periods to come, take Tab Meprate 10mg twice a day for 5 days. After stopping the medicines, your periods should ideally commence after7-10days max.
Next Steps
If you keep having this problem again and again, I would suggest you to consult online and get proper assessment done.
Health Tips
Include lifestyle changes like daily exercise and maintaining proper diet with cut on fats.
