  4. Periods problem. It something to worry?

Periods problem
I always had regular periods with cycle of proper 28-30days but for almost 7 months the cycle has been shortened by almost a week or more. Is it something to worry? I have shifted around the same time to a different city.

Such changes in menstrual cycle happens due to change of place ,diet as that leads to harmonal disturbance,but in case this continues u may get a USG done along with a few tests to clear for any PCOs thyroid or any other issue.
