I hav regular periods but the flow is not good I just see the bleeding in 1st day only 2nd and 3rd day there is no. Flow

Do not worry about this as your periods are regular. It's not mandatory that a women should bleed for  3 to 5 days. If you want these sort of bleeding then may consider going on the combined pill.
