Periods not stopping

Asked for Female, 21 Years

I have my periods since 10thfeb. After 5 days i took trenexa(4days) which did not stop my bleeding but just lightened it.. they stopped after 3-4 days but started again in 2days. Since then am having meprate for 15days and my periods are not stopping. The moment i miss a meprate dose, slight bleeding happens. My periods have been irregular before too but they stopped by meprate this time they are not. Pregnancy no chances since am not sexually active. Please tell me a medicine to stop them as am tired now.please! I cannot consult my gynecologist since am not in town.
