Periods are not stopping
I have been diagnosed with early symptoms of PCOD. Since the last 6 months, my periods have been very irregular and prolonged. Now since last 2 months, I am experiencing bleeding. It did not stop even though I took Tranexa. Please suggest medicine to first stop the bleeding and regularise my periodss
