My pregnancy test showed negtive yesterday as well. I have never experienced this late period. Should i consider any medical test? Should i take any medication?

You should avoid stress,  sometimes stress may delay your periods,  if your periods are very regular then take medication for withdrawal bleeding and if it happens again in further cycles then get your Thyroid profile,  S. Prolactin and USG pelvis done.
