There is nothing to worry if UPT is negative Its better to take a low dose progestin 10 mg ( synthetic progesterone ) twice a day for 5 days. That brings your progesterone levels to maximum and when you stop taking them, the gradual fall in progesterone levels in the body causes your endometrium to bleed.

Sometimes under stressful situations also it's possible that periods can get delayed. I would suggest wait for 1 month. However, if there is a doubt of pregnancy, the urine pregnancy test will not become positive so fast. If you want you can check your blood HCG levels which is a more sensitive test. If this is also negative then you can wait for your next period. If that is also delayed then you can consult with a gynaecologist.
