Periods got delyed almost 3 months

Hi Gynecologist, I have got mense cycle last April 21. Till date am not got period. We verified UPT. not conceived, am having 1year 8 months baby still feeding a baby. Please suggest the period occuring tablets. & How can i take medication further to regularise my menstruation. Before pregnancy i was havd PCOD issues. Currently am not taking any medication
