Asked for Female, 27 Years

Recently my periods ended up early. This time it was 2 days normal flow with heavy pain and stopped. never before i had 2 days of periods. this time it was on 26th day. generally it will be on 28th or 30th day. i'm worried. please advice. also we are trying to conceive and we had intercourse after the ovulation date. Is it possible that i am conceived?
