Periods delayed even after taking deviry

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am suffering from PCOS from long time and bcoz of that my periods are not regular so with gynaecologist prescription I am using deviry 10 mg twice a day for 5 days and every time my periods are coming in-between 8 days but this month 10 days passed and I didn't get my periods and I have done pregnancy test also that is negative. What should I do?is there anything to worry?
