Periods after medical termination

Asked for Female, 20 Years

After completing the course of abortion pill (unwanted kit) I m in bleeding phase for 10days that is heavy to normal. And then I didn't do sonography or any visit to gynecologist as I heard that termination get completed normally if bleeding occur for 10days ...but after it .this is the 6week ..my next period not come yet ...what Should I do. If possible please prescripe some medicine to me ...🙏
