Periods after delivery

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello doctor i have delivered a baby 3 months back ... 2 days ago i got my period. I am experiencing severe backpain, leg pain,pelvic and abdomen pain. And i am also bleeding heavily. At the time of delivery also i had bleeding upto 1 and half month due to which my hemoglobin level got reduced to 7. I am experiencing chills, head spinning and weakness, loss of appetite and weak digestion. I got mentally very depressed after delivery. Please suggest me what medication should i follow for this.

You should meet to gynaecologist and take iron sucrose injection.All problems you are getting due to low haemoglobin percentage.Eat more green vegetables, pomegranate, jaggery,beet root.Vitamin C and protein is also must.
