I have been experiencing pain at the back of my head (portion at the back of the skull) periodically at times for about two months. Specifically it is behind the ear(on the sides of 'occipital protuberances'), Initially I thought it was due to increase in power of my lens. My opthalmologist, after complete check, suggested it could be non ocular and due to acccumulation various other factors. The pain is felt often when I try to laugh as I move my jaws. I still feel pain when I put on my glasses
