  3. Periodic headache in back. Please!

Periodic headache in back
I am suffering from sever headache in back of brain slight above the neck. This occurs 1-2 times in a weak and last for 1-2 day after taking 2-3 painkillers. Earlier it appeared at some area in back but gradually spread in all brain in years .CT scan and MRI are normal. It started after sever tension firstly. Please
