Period unusually late

Im a lesbian, first of all... I'm 28, My period is usually pretty regular, im 10 days late, which is odd, and my whole body and belly hurt ... The whole body hurting thing could be because of other medical issues... My bones are awful, but I'm also a person that my whole body legit hurts if i get a uti, but my question is about my period, just gave the other information in case its needed... Thanks for your time

Since u say that u r not sexually active with a male. Let's rule out pregnancy. Delay in periods can be due to various reasons. May be due to hypothyroidism, polycystic ovaries or some other condition, Pls meet a gynaecologist, get the blood tests and scan done and get yourself evaluated
