Period related
Hi, My periods are mostly very regular, 27 or 28 days per cycle. But the first couple if days are very painful and heavy bleeding. I have a beach holiday coming up and my period date falls right in the same week. So I wanted to check if there is a way to delay the cycle for 3/4 days so my holiday is over by the time it starts. Please let me know if there is a way to do this and whether there would be any long term side effects. Note- I am not planning to start a family Thanks in advance, -Meena

Hi Mrs meena U can use medication to postpone your menses. But consult gynaecologist for that. This medicine will not usually have future effects
