I’m 5 days late on my period and my boyfriend & i had sex and i started bleeding really heavy so we stopped and took a shower and by the time we got out i was no longer bleeding, at all. i’m cramping some though.

Kindly do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy.
If negative just wait for your periods.
If again the bleeding is heavy get yourself examined to rule out polyps
