Asked for Female, 29 Years

I was taking 1 pill primoult tablet from 28th April to postpone but I became on same 8th of may same day like last month.I am going on a pilgrimage on 28 May till 7th June how much dose I must start to postpone by period next month. From 3 months i have 30 days cycle.please help
