Hi, since your cycles are regular (28–29 days), your next period is expected around 26–27 April as you mentioned. For postponing periods, we usually prescribe norethisterone tablets You should start the tablet 3 days before your expected date (around 23rd–24th April) and continue it twice or thrice daily as advised by your doctor, for as many days as you want to delay your period. Once you stop the tablets, your periods will usually start within 7-10 days However, this should be taken only after confirming that you are not pregnant and have no contraindications.
Next Steps
Please consult a gynecologist (online/offline) to confirm suitability and exact dosage before starting the medication.
Health Tips
Avoid using these tablets frequently for cycle manipulation. Do not take if there is any chance of pregnancy, history of clotting disorders, liver disease, or unexplained bleeding.
