Hii Doctor
I am 25 years old. I have a period cycle of 28-30 days. I recently got engaged. Last month my period was occured on 6 Feb. As per my cycle my period should occur on 5-6 which didnt come.
I exercise daily, but last few days I am over excercising. Also as I have got engaged there is an excitement and as I go out with my to be husband we have some moments together. We had no sex but had few talks like that.
Can all these excitements and talks or over excercise lead to delay in periods.
