But do work commitment I could not attend complete sessions. Some facial hairs are gone but still I have more facial hair. I know period problem can be solved by Hemopathic medicine but is there permanent solution to get rid of unwanted facial hair??

Yes there are remedies that help reduce the thickness of unwanted hair making them soft and less dark in color over a period of time. It reduces the growth also, thus making them less visible as other hair on face.
