Asked for Female, 14 Years

My cousin is matured one year ago. Up to now her menstrual cycle is regular and no pain and anything. 20 days back she started to use Herbalife dino shake product. Up to now she is OK. She has gain one and half kg wait. This month her period started with sevior abdominal pain with much bleeding. 2 nd and 3 rd day normal. What's wrong with her. She is afraid to use the product now. As she Doen not have resistance power we started use the product. I know that product is very good for children. I have seen many people of using those products and got good benefits. How to convince her. What us the actual reason of her problem
