Period miss
In July 24 she got intimate with her partner. In August 7 she had her period. In September she missed the period and it's been 18 days. She is feeling dry there. A mild pain in legs n lower abdomen sometimes. Just wanted to know is there any chance of pregnancy?

You didn't mention the date of her last period before 24 July. She had her period on 7 August but we don't know if it was a regular period with the normal flow of blood.  Even that information could have given some idea. Now she should get sonography of the lower abdomen done. If sonography doesn't show any gestational sac then she is not pregnant.
