Period late after ipill
My last period started on 8th March. I had intercourse on 10th March, after which I took an ipill on 12th March. I engaged in intercourse again on 14th March, but did not take an ipill after that, fearing the side effects of too many ipills. I had bleeding for a few days, from 19th March till 22nd March. My period for this month was due on 5th April, but I haven't gotten it yet. I have been diagnosed with PCOS, but my periods had been regular for the last few months. Should I be concerned about pregnancy? Is that untimely bleeding in the middle of the cycle a withdrawal bleed as an effect of ipill or could it have been a form of implantation bleeding?

It is always recommended to take a regular oral contraceptive pill for contraception Emergency contraceptives have their own side effects It is likely to have been a withdrawal bleeding. If it was, then your next period should come within about 6 weeks of the I pill. Just to be on the safe side do a pregnancy test and contact accordingly
